Contract: Full time - September 2025 start

Salary: £80 - £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils in class and in small group or 1:1 interventions
Supporting children's academic, emotional, and social development
Helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Encouraging independence and building confidence in our learners
Assisting with classroom routines, behaviour support, and personalised learning plans
Qualifications & Skills:

Has experience working with primary-aged children (experience with KS1 or SEN is a bonus!)
Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g. in Childcare, Teaching Assistance etc)
Are patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about children's education
Have excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
