Secondary School Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Westminster
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-Time

Our client secondary school is seeking a skilled and motivated Learning Support Assistant to support students with varying needs. You will work under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver tailored support both in and out of the classroom.

Main Duties:

Provide individual and group support for pupils

Assist with lesson preparation and delivery

Promote student independence and engagement

Monitor progress and support emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

Previous LSA or TA experience preferred, any experience with children is a plus

Ability to build rapport with students and staff

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
