BMS Commissioning / Project Engineer

They are recruiting currently for a BMS Commissioning / Project Engineer.

Salary / Benefits:

£53,000 - £55,000
Car or £6825 Car Allowance
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Rising with service
5% pension scheme, rising to 8.75% after 5 years and 10% after 10

The Role:

In this position you will be responsible for carrying out full BMS Commissioning to comply with the project requirements
You will also be responsible for managing small scale BMS Projects from start to finish
This will include: Production of schedules, description of operation, modification of the panel design, production / modification of drawings and when required the creation of software and graphics.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer
Ideally you will have strong commissioning experience
Ability to correctly interpret and alter existing control strategy in BMS Systems
Ideally have strong experience / certified in one of the following control systems: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC.
Knowledge of HVAC Systems
