Senior Coordinator opportunity available with our client, a specialist contractor within the pumps and wastewater sector, based out of their office in South-East London. The role comes with a basic salary of between £30k and £40k (depending on experience), a company phone, 26 days annual leave (+ public holidays), and an early finish on Friday's.

Senior Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities of field engineers
Provide clear, responsive support to engineers in the field.
Supervise and support a departmental staff member responsible for the Service customer database and administrative duties.
Act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments.
Monitor, review, and interpret engineer job reports and service findings.
Identify and plan required follow-up work, parts, and customer recommendations.
Oversee job documentation including risk assessments, job sheets, and commissioning reports.Senior Coordinator Job Requirements

Experience working within a coordinator and/or scheduling support role, ideally within the engineering sector
Knowledge of pumps and the water/wastewater industry highly desirable
Based within a commutable distance on Erith, Kent
Confident in the use of a variety of I.T systems including CRM systems and the full Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc)Senior Coordinator Salary & Benefits
