Thrive Group are actively recruiting for an Administrator, based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. This position could become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Making outbound calls to candidates and clients
- Attracting suitable candidates through social media
- Conducting interviews
- Sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience
- Completing necessary paperwork, including right to work checks
- Inputting date into a CRM system
Key Skills:
- Fluent English Speaking & Understanding of Romanian
- Confident telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic IT skills
- Understanding of CRM systems
Hours of Work:

Pay:
£10.75 to £11.00 per hour dependent on experience.
