A highly respected, employee-owned financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Administrator / Paraplanner to join their Bristol team. This is a hybrid role, combining both administrative and paraplanning responsibilities, providing vital support to advisers while ensuring a seamless client experience.

The Role- Provide a blend of administrative and paraplanning support
- Manage documentation, client records, and compliance requirements
- Assist with research, reports, and recommendations for client cases
- Deliver a first-class client experience by ensuring processes run smoothly
- Operate independently within a small, supportive team
About You- Background in financial services administration or paraplanning (IFA / wealth management environment preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Level 4 Diploma (desirable, not essential)
- Proactive, approachable, and adaptable team player
