Are you a technically minded engineer with CAD experience and a passion for solving problems?
We're working with a specialist manufacturer of electrical motors, based in Brighouse, who are looking to bring a Technical Support Engineer into their growing team. This is a key role supporting both internal teams and external customers with technical queries, design input, and application support.
The Role:

* Providing technical support to customers and internal departments on product selection, application, and installation.

* Working closely with the design team using CAD systems to interpret and amend drawings and specifications.

* Supporting fault diagnosis, performance issues, and custom product adaptations.

* Preparing documentation and liaising with production to ensure design integrity and customer satisfaction.

* Contributing to continuous improvement and product development efforts.

About You:

* Experience in a technical support, applications engineering or design role.

* Proficient in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

* Knowledge or experience of AC motors or rotating electrical equipment is highly beneficial.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Able to work independently as part of a close-knit engineering team.
