• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.
  • Oversee large-scale repairs across housing and corporate properties.
  • Manage staffing, equipment, and budgets of approximately £10 million.
  • Lead procurement and ongoing management of maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, housing standards, and property maintenance best practices.
  • Provide strong leadership to operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
