Are you a seasoned Tool Room professional ready to step into a leadership role? Join a leading Plastics Injection moulding company, as our next Tool Room Manager and help drive performance, quality, and innovation in our tooling operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
Developing the team and managing the apprenticeship programme.
Lead a team of toolmakers and technicians, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. (right first time)
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve tooling issues and improve processes.
Repair and Modify existing tooling
Documentation for regular maintenance of tooling.
Correct labelling and marking of tools✅ What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Tool Room Supervisor or Manager in a plastics injection moulding environment
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery,
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD files.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Fully Hardened Steel production tools.
Experience with hot runner systems/Valve gates and manifolds 🎯 What We Offer:
