Location: Hounslow

Salary: £60,000 plus Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing (and Doing Brilliantly)

* Assess vehicle damage and produce accurate, detailed repair estimates

* Use systems such as Audatex (or similar) to create and manage estimates

* Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to move claims forward

* Identify additional damage and update estimates accordingly

* Ensure all repairs are cost-effective and meet manufacturer standards

* Provide clear, accurate job instructions to the workshop team

* Manage your own workload to meet KPIs and turnaround targets

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator

* Strong understanding of accident repair methods and bodyshop processes

* Experience with estimating systems (Audatex, GT Motive, Glassmatix etc.)

* Sharp attention to detail — you take pride in getting it right first time

* Confident communicator with both customers and insurers

* ATA accreditation (nice to have, not essential)

* A team player with a professional, no-nonsense approach
