Shift Supervisor - Mechanical Bias Preferred

Location: London Mayfair

Type: Permanent, Days Only (4on 4off, 07:00-19:00)

Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

* Maintain building infrastructure and systems efficiently.

* Act as Duty Authorized Person (LV) when required.

* Complete PPMs and reactive tasks, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

* Manage M&E stock control.

* Report accidents and near misses to line managers.

* Supervise site handovers and ongoing works.

* Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Attend out-of-hours calls as needed.

* Control 3rd party contractors and ensure work quality.

* Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.

* Operate and troubleshoot building systems, including BMS, HVAC, fire systems, etc.

Experience Required:

* Approved apprenticeship or relevant experience in Building Services.

* Level 3 - City & Guilds - Building Services Engineering HVAC or Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.

* 17/18th Edition IEE certification.

* Health & Safety awareness.

* Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.

* Experience in managing a small team.

* Proactive approach to tasks.

* Proficient in Windows Office applications.

* Effective problem-solving skills.

* Committed to delivering excellent customer service.

* Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and presentable.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.
