We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child who requires tailored support to thrive both academically and emotionally.

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN, adapting learning materials and strategies to meet their individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes confidence and independence.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to staff and parents.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs).
• A calm, patient, and positive approach to behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
