They have grown as a business to circa £400m and have satellite offices across the UK. They have a strong reputation with leading House Builders and continue to grow year on year.

The Role

* A Project Manager role on a residential schemes across the Oxfordshire region.

* You will take the operational lead on the day to day operations, liaise daily with the client and ensure the project is remains on program and budget.

* You will report into a visiting Contracts Manager

The Requirements

* You must have experience of managing large scale residential schemes

* You can either come from a trades or engineering background

* Work ethic is a key compent for this client and you must have strong communication skills
