Want to help people with primary care needs issues get back into work (physical or mental health)?

We're looking for an Employment Advisor to deliver an IPS (Individual Placement & Support) project across Oldham and Rochdale. You'll manage a small caseload of 25 clients, supporting them into sustainable jobs.

You'll be mainly outreach based - working in the community with a partner clinical services, plus local hubs like JCPs, with an office base in Tameside. Full IPS training provided.

About you:

Experience supporting vulnerable people to achieve goals.  Background in employment support, recruitment, or health & social care.

You might have worked as: Employment Advisor, Employment Coach, IPS Employment Specialist, Job Coach, Careers Advisor, Vocational Support Worker, Keyworker, Case Manager, Support Worker (drug & alcohol/mental health), Resettlement Worker, or Recruitment Consultant.
