Duties:
- Provide day-to-day support for Revit/AutoCAD applications, ensuring seamless integration into architectural workflows.
- Audit and maintain compliance with standards, emphasizing Level 2 BIM requirements to uphold project integrity.
- Manage project Common Data Environments (CDE) using Aconex and BIM 360, fostering efficient collaboration.
- Support BIM planning, collaboration, and model coordination, enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate coordination and Clash Detection Meetings with the Design Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UK BIM standards, working to ISO19650, PAS & BS 1192 standards
- Proficiency in Autodesk AEC Suite Revit, as the primary software for architectural delivery
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office 365, essential tools for efficient project management
- Background in architecture ideally as a Technologist / BIM Specialist
- BIM certification is advantageous, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in architectural workflows.
