My client in the Thurnscoe area required x 4 Skilled Welder / Fabricators.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to support our growing fabrication team. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in both welding processes, capable of producing high-quality welds on a variety of tube and fabricated components. You'll work on a range of materials and projects to tight tolerances and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other materials
Weld tubes and fabricated assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications
Prepare joints and materials, ensuring cleanliness and fit-up
Carry out visual inspections and ensure all welds meet internal and customer standards
Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working practices
Collaborate with fabricators, engineers and quality inspectors to meet production goals
Maintain documentation as required (e.g. welding logs, QA checks)
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in both TIG and MIG welding
Confident welding thin-wall tubing
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Solid understanding of workshop safety procedures
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK

Desirable (but not essential):
Welding certification (e.g. ISO 9606-1)

Forklift or crane operation licence
