Position: Residential Conveyancer (3+ Years PQE)
Location: Bristol - High Street Law Firm
Salary: Up to £50,000
Experience Required: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (3+ Years PQE)
Working Pattern: Full-time - office-based or with limited hybrid working considered

TSR Legal are working with a long-established high street law firm in Bristol, who are looking to recruit a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer to join their small, friendly conveyancing team.

This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with at least 3 years' PQE who is looking to manage their own caseload of local residential property matters in a client-focused, community-driven firm.

You will be exposed to a wide range of conveyancing transactions, supporting clients through every stage of the process while working closely with a small but experienced team.

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold, and freehold matters

• Providing high-quality, practical legal advice to clients

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors in a confident and professional manner

• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Supporting junior staff where appropriate and contributing to a collaborative working culture

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to run files independently

• Confident communicator with a personable, client-centred approach

• Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to the overall success of the firm

• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
