Key Responsibilities:

  • Act for employers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on contentious matters
  • Advise on delays, defects, payment disputes, variations, termination, and professional negligence
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Support clients with contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and procurement strategy
  • Build client relationships and participate in marketing, networking, and thought leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 8+ PQE
  • Strong dispute resolution or commercial litigation experience
  • Construction experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive Partner-level salary
  • Opportunity to step into or progress towards a Partner role
  • Exposure to high-value, complex disputes and advisory work
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Chance to influence and grow a developing practice
