•Supervise and oversee all CHARLOTTE branch personnel and branch operations.
•Coach and develop all service technicians to help ensure they achieve and exceed expectations for performance in their specific positions. Develops and supports assigned sales inspectors.
•This individual will positively participate in the company's decision-making process and have the ability to implement and support the decisions in the branch.
•Candidate will take advantage of opportunities to improve operations and adding value to the organization which will include profit and loss responsibilities.
•Perform service as required by circumstances, make personal visits to key customers, communicate effectively (verbal and written) in a timely manner with peers, customers, and management.
•Ensures proper use and maintenance of branch vehicles equipment.
**The applicant must be licensed in P and W by the NC Department of Agriculture. Management experience is preferred but years of service and field experience will also be taken into consideration**
