What you'll be doing:
- Delivering a dynamic range of professional surveying services - from defect analysis and condition surveys to high-quality due diligence reports.
- Supporting and leading on refurbishment, development and fire safety schemes through project management and contract administration.
- Building strong, lasting client relationships and becoming their go-to expert.
- Contributing to key framework agreements and helping to raise the consultancy's profile for excellence.
- Getting hands-on with JCT and NEC contracts while broadening and deepening your technical know-how.
What they're looking for:
- BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
- Chartered status with the RICS - or well on your way.
- Proven experience across both professional and project-focused work.
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and always ready to problem-solve.
- Experience with BIM and modern surveying tech.
