We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist provision in Watford, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

You will work within a supportive leadership team, in a school that values creativity, personalised learning, and strong relationships with pupils and families.

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Create and adapt learning resources to support diverse abilities
• Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and external professionals
• Develop and follow EHCP targets, ensuring progress for each learner
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with pupils with SEN (school or specialist settings)
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEND education
• Ability to differentiate instruction and manage small-group or 1:1 learning
