Salary - £40.19/hour (£33.49/hour + £6.70/hour holiday pay)

Overview:
I am working with a college in Surrey who is currently working with a college to recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic Level 4 Counselling Lecturer to join the Professional and Service Industries department.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the Level 4 Counselling provision

*

Act as course leader for the Level 4 Counselling programme

*

Promote student attendance and engagement

*

Participate in team meetings and contribute to department planning

*

Support curriculum development and continuous improvement

*

Contribute to open evenings, parents' evenings, and related events

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Training in SEG (Skills and Education Group)

*

Significant experience in research methods

*

A passion for teaching and supporting student success

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills
