ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR

Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Southampton.

ROLE: Engineering Administrator

PAY RATE: £13.31 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Southampton (SO16)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 2:30pm Friday, 30 mins unpaid lunch, 39 hours/week

ROLE:

This role is focused on supporting the Flow Valves team on-site.
Ordering stock.
Inputting hours for front office payroll.
Liaising with Engineers on site to conduct data entry, such as loading job cards onto the system.
Administration tasks using MS office, primarily Outlook and Excel.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

A good eye for detail and a methodical approach will be required to be successful in the role.
Prior strong administrative experience is essential - advantageous if in an Engineering setting.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with overseas suppliers / internal networks.
