Conveyancing Solicitor – Stourbridge

A long standing and well-established law firm in Stourbridge is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor. This is a full-time permanent position.

The firm

This is a reputable and long-standing law firm in Stourbridge that has grown over the years to now employing over 40 members of staff. It has a very high staff retention rate and a great reputation in the local community. 

The team

The conveyancing team itself is comprised of a head of department and three other conveyancers plus support staff. They are friendly, welcoming and work collaboratively. This firm is now seeking another Conveyancing Solicitor who can assist in growing the department even further, establish new working relationships and is experienced to run their own caseload.

The role

This role will suit a Conveyancing Solicitor  who can hit the ground running handling the full range of conveyancing work with limited supervision. Support will be provided by file openers and from a compliance perspective. The work is mainly local but they do have clients across the UK. The ideal candidate will already be established and will be able to bring some new relationships to the firm to enhance and strengthen the department. 

About you 

This Conveyancing Solicitor role will suit somebody who can hit the ground running. 

Around at least 5+ years residential file handling experience 

Excellent client care skills 

Ability to work as part of a team and support and manage junior members of staff

Local or fairly local to the Stourbridge area
