Are you a confident people leader with a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning standards? We're working with a leading soft services provider who is looking for an experienced Site Cleaning Manager to join their team in North Ayrshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager who takes pride in team development, client relationships, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day cleaning operations across a large, single-site facility

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of cleaning operatives

*

Conducting audits, ensuring compliance with health & safety and site regulations

*

Acting as the first point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues

*

Managing rotas, stock levels, and training plans

*

Ensuring KPIs and service level agreements are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a site-based cleaning management role (soft services/FM environment preferred)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

Client-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude

Flexibility to adapt to operational needs
