REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland’s well established Care Organisations, who are looking to recruit a ‘Housing Officer’ on a Temporary basis. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide excellent housing management and customer service. You’ll work closely with tenants, applicants, and stakeholders to ensure our homes are well-managed, our communities are supported, and our services are inclusive and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support tenant engagement.
  • Manage allocations, voids, and tenancy changes efficiently.
  • Lead on rent and income management, including arrears prevention.
  • Handle estate management, anti-social behaviour, and property inspections.
  • Promote digital inclusion and independent living through personalised engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation, health & safety, and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Car and in date license (Travel Cost Expense)
