Our client is committed to delivering excellence while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to ensure that all health and safety protocols are adhered to across our sites. The role involves promoting a safe working environment, developing and implementing policies, conducting site inspections, and providing guidance on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance.

* Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.

* Provide advice on risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.

* Deliver training and inductions to employees and subcontractors.

* Investigate incidents and prepare reports with recommendations.

* Monitor and report on health and safety performance.

* Stay updated with changes in health and safety legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management within the construction industry, focusing on fit-out and refurbishment projects.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Membership in IOSH or a similar professional body is desirable.
