💰 Salary: Up to £27290

🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

What's a Typical Day Like?

As a Service Administrator, you will be the backbone and lead on managing a niche and specific area of the business, working closely with Engineers and Customers. You'll handle:

* Customer & Technician Support - Be the first point of contact via phone and email

* Service Coordination - Liaise with clients and engineers, keeping them updated on work progress

* Problem Solving - Take ownership of queries and complaints to ensure top-notch service

* Stock - Ordering stock for works being carried out

* Database & Admin Management - Maintain accurate records, create job entries, and generate sales quotes

* General Office Tasks - Assist with daily admin, post, spreadsheets, and account queries

Who Are We Looking For?

If you have service or FM industry experience, that's a plus—but not essential! What is essential is that you hold solid experience in a similar role, as well as the ability to manage difficult customers/situations, confident communicating at all levels and leading on task. Full training in this niche sector is provided. More importantly, our client needs someone who is:

* Organised & Detail-Oriented - Can juggle multiple tasks with accuracy

* An Excellent Communicator - Confident in handling calls and emails professionally

* Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
