The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide targeted academic support, both within the classroom and through small group intervention sessions.
Responsibilities include:

Supporting students in lessons across the curriculum

Delivering small group and one-to-one intervention sessions

Assisting pupils with SEND to access the curriculum

Encouraging confidence, engagement, and independence

Working collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
