Join a FTSE 100 financial services leader as the Head of Commercial Finance. This high-profile role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team and work closely with the CFO to drive commercial insight and business performance across sales, recruitment, and operational spend.

About the Role:

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a commercial finance team of eight, delivering insightful analysis to senior management and the executive team. You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and business partnering, with a strong focus on sales pipeline, churn, and investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial finance function and manage team performance
• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance
• Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor key performance metrics including sales pipeline, recruitment, churn, and departmental spend
• Deputise for CFO when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Recent senior commercial finance experience within the financial services or banking sector (essential)
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insight
• Experience leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment
