Linkster are excited to represent a leading company in the manufacturing industry, currently seeking dedicated Production Operatives / Brick Cutters and Bonders to join their team in Overseal. All vacancies are on a 12-week Temp-to-Perm basis offering regular work, training and salary increase structure.

Job Role - Production Operative

You will be primarily working in the brick cutting room responsible for cutting bricks to varying widths and angles in a safe manner whilst achieving daily targets.

Main Duties - Production Operative

* Work to deadline for daily production targets

* Manufacturing products to high quality standards

* Maintain safe and clean working area

* Wear correct and appropriate PPE for the department

* Experience of cutting bricks within construction or building sectors advantageous

Hours and Pay - Production Operative

* Monday to Friday (Apply online only) or (Apply online only) (fixed shifts - not rotating)

* Basic Rate of Pay £13.50 p/hour increasing up to £14.64 p/h once permanent

* Overtime paid at 1.33x rate Monday to Friday, 1.5x rate Saturday and Sunday

* Overtime is regularly available
