Job Description


Customer Service Representative Needed Immediately


The duties are as follows:


  • Answering incoming and returning phone calls to the customers
  • Responsible for building customer loyalty through exceptional customer service and building relationships with every customer via phone, email or live chat
  • Identifying customers needs and providing them with recommendations and/or options to fit their needs
  • Resolving problems such as: repairs, exchange of product or credit card issues
  • Working with one or more skill based queues on various calls, inquiries, order placing, returns
  • Providing supporting administrative and data entry duties as needed


Requirements are as follows:


  • At least one year previous customer service experience - call center environment a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Direct selling is a plus


The hours are:


Monday through Friday

8:30am - 5pm


The rate of pay is $14.00 an hour
