🌟 What You'll Be Doing

Running multiple payrolls across various frequencies

Handling statutory forms, tax documents, and reconciliations

Creating invoices and resolving related queries

Responding to inbound payroll queries (phone and email)

*

Admin tasks including expense checks, ID verification, contracts, and portal support

*

Ensuring everything aligns with HMRC legislation and compliance standards

🧠 What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in a busy payroll function
✅ Umbrella payroll knowledge (CIS/Ltd company insight a big plus)
✅ Familiarity with MDA Payroll software (highly preferred)
✅ Fast, accurate data entry skills and solid Excel knowledge
✅ A team player with sharp organisational instincts
✅ A confident communicator who can handle multiple tasks with ease
