Are you a proven sales leader with the vision and drive to take a business to the next level? This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Head of Sales to make a real difference in a rapidly growing organisation.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead a small team of Area Sales Managers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sales function.

This role is all about strategy, growth, and leadership -not just maintaining the status quo. You will:

Assess the current sales team and dynamics.
Build a high-performing structure and strategy for growth.
Mentor, coach, and empower your team to exceed their potential.
Drive ambitious revenue growth, with the aim of doubling or tripling turnover within two years.
Work closely with senior leadership to align commercial goals with wider business objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic vision with day-to-day hands-on support for your team.

About You

We are looking for someone who will thrives in a start-up or scale-up environment - where pace, adaptability, and resourcefulness are key. You will bring:

A background in electrical manufacturing or related B2B industries.
A proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams.
Strong experience in building and implementing sales strategies.
The ability to inspire, mentor, and grow individuals into high-performing teams.
An entrepreneurial mindset, able to roll up your sleeves when needed.
A network or experience selling into electrical contractors, installers, councils, education, universities, and local authorities.
