The role of Field Marketer provides exposure to build and amplify brand awareness as well as demand generation of Board's solutions across a variety of industries and geographies. The role provides an opportunity to demonstrate the true impact of marketing contribution to both short and long-term business revenue goals that is immediate and rewarding.

The role is primarily focused on creating, leading, and executing marketing strategies with campaigns grounded in brand awareness, lead creation, demand generation, customer engagement and sales readiness throughout the marketing funnel. The role is also an integral part in building the corporate reputation and establishing market presence for Board in North America.
The Field Marketer role is an integral part of the Americas Field team who is responsible for delivering programs and will interface directly with the Worldwide Marketing organization.
Support the strategy, direction and plans of the Regional Marketing Director
Develop field programs and activities that help to drive awareness, education, customer engagement, adoption, and pipeline acceleration of Board's solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, buyer segments and execute the right plans and programs aligned to the specific needs of the target buyers in support of business and sales stakeholder objectives.
Have a deep understanding of the customer segment (personas, journey mapping) and competition, to clearly define our positioning within the segment, our messaging, and strategically build the marketing plan to drive value and cross sell.
Strategically leverage and amplify customer stories, and executive and/or subject-matter-expert speaking engagements within your marketing plan.
Execute programs designed to meet sales objectives including events, communications, demand generation and contact acquisition, executing on plans that allow us to scale in the Americas.
Communicate strategy, plan and results with leadership and cross functional stakeholders (Sales, Channel, Professional Services, and other marketing teams) to enable implementation of an aligned plan.
Inform regional demand generation planning process to ensure greatest possible success of programs. Ensure target customers and priorities are top of mind in all regional activities.
Develop relationships with local user groups, media partners and industry associations.
Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
The right candidate has successful experience in results-driven, specifically global field experience, in both planning and leading teams, an unbridled passion for technology, accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit.

5+ years' experience in a technology, software or services B2B demand generation or field role.
3-5 years hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience required.
Account-based marketing experience with a strong understanding of B2B buyer intent targeting.
Experience in planning, field, event, product, account based and/or project.
Experience managing integrated campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, inbound web (organic and paid) and social networking.
Experience working closely with sales and worldwide marketing teams to develop collaborative plans.
Bachelor's degree in or Business, Marketing or comparable education/experience.
Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.

Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
