​ Salary Banding: £17,000-£18,000 + team related bonus scheme based on efficiency and targets Location: Cold Meece, Stone Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours : hours per week, Monday – Friday and rotating on a weekly basis About the role: This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within IT in a varied service desk role where you will work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Working as part of the central services team, the role requires the following: Providing 1st, and 2nd line support to internal customers.
Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues.
Managing incidents, problems and requests with our ticket management system.
Installation and setup of new equipment such as PC’s, Tablets etc.
Monitoring internal systems.
Raising bugs with the development team.
Following service desk policies and procedures.
Maintaining system documentation.
Supporting a range of technologies including Hardware such as PC’s, Mobiles, Printers and Tablets Active Directory and Office 365 Bespoke Android Applications Dynamics NAV About you: Choosing the right person is important to us as we continue to grow our family of now over 500 employees.
