A client of ours in the Chelmsford (Latchingdon) area are recruiting a HR Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours), however part time hours can be discussed. Paying between £40,000 - £50,000 (full time salary) depending on experience. You will be responsible for 3 companies within the group and a total of 95 employees.

In this newly created HR Manager role, your key duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing employee relations including grievances and disciplinaries.
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the department.
Implementing and managing HR polices.
Advising and supporting management across the business with HR related issues.
Dealing with HR queries.
Communicating with discretion and sensitivity to maintain confidentiality.
Maintaining HR records ensuring they are accurate.
Implementing new HR processes.
Managing the on-boarding process for new staff members.
Overseeing the recruitment process.
Ensuring the business is compliant with employment legislation.
Travel will be required between the 3 offices located across the UK.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this HR Manager position:

CIPD level 5 or above desirable but not essential
Experience within Human Resources and Personnel essential, ideally within the manufacturing and production industry.
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritise.
