Junior Project Coordinator

The Role

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to Project Managers, ensuring IT projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for the coordination and administration that keeps projects on track and teams connected.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the project team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Preparing project documents such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Coordinating travel and resources for technical staff

Updating project trackers and maintaining shared folders

Uploading reports and project updates into client portals

Communicating with customers and stakeholders to provide timely updates

About You

Previous experience in an IT-based role or technology environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with IT systems
