Key Responsibilities

Producing management accounts and supporting with investment decisions
Getting involved in strategic projects and providing financial advice
Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
Managing profit and loss reporting
Helping to coordinate audits
Keeping records accurate and compliant with regulations

Required

Experience in the fresh produce or food sector is a plus, but not essential
Strong Excel skills
Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), but we're open to those qualified by experience too
A team player who's happy to get stuck in at all levels
Someone who's driven, resilient and ready to take on a new challenge
