Now Hiring a Quality Inspection Team Leaders for all shifts.
A Team Leader is responsible for the management of assigned Quality Inspection personnel. Quality Inspector Team Leader reports to their assigned Assistant Operations Mangers.
A Team Leader provides Quality Inspectors with on the job training, performs product audits on inspected material, acts as a customer contact on assigned accounts, reviews inspection results and employee time sheets, provides employee performance feedback and assists with staffing as required.
A Team Leader must have the ability to travel to assigned locations and work weekends and overtime as assigned. A Team Leader may work independently as assigned and/or work as a Quality Inspector as needed.
Qualified candidates will have manufacturing experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment and be able to adapt to a fast paced working environment.
Background and drug screening required.
