As a Franchise Business Coach, you will coach people who are considering self-employment options through a proven discovery process that will help them find out what business ownership is all about, as well as what business models are a good match for their goals, skill and style. Your clients will be able to talk to actual business owners to determine what kind of investment they need to make, what kind of return they can expect on that investment, what their typical day would look like, what works or doesn’t work, and how they would do it differently if given the chance. You will be working with some of the top franchises in the world and learning every day how to become a better coach.

Ideal experience and Skills:

Direct Sales

Enjoy coaching and have excellent sales skills

Not afraid of the telephone as a business development resource and relationship tool

Comfortable networking and building local referral relationships

Have a passion to work with and help people succeed

Frustrated with your current career and want to take control over your destiny

Like to work with all things (and people) entrepreneurial

Discipline to work out of home office or small executive suite. This opportunity provides great flexibility in your schedule but discipline and desire to be independent is a must in order to achieve success.

20+ years in Sales, Recruiting, Coaching or Business Development. Past leadership roles, or previous business ownership preferred.

We help them too remain open to possibilities by addressing misconceptions and emotional barriers that may hinder or even stop their progress
And, we introduce them to all the different ways to finance the business including paying themselves through the start-up phase.
