• Covering the big 6 of specifically gas and electric
• Supporting on the delivery of large programmes
• Effectively manage and monitor budgets
• Make sure that all information is updated and the information is accurate
• Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved

Qualifications the Compliance Officer will need:

• Previous experience in social housing within compliance
• Experience checking contractors work and booking in remedial work
• Experience working with gas and electric
