Their dedicated team of educators and support staff work collaboratively to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education and achieves their full potential.

The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting experienced teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing additional support and guidance to help them achieve their individual learning goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that all students are fully engaged and motivated.
Providing individual and small group support to students who require extra help with their learning.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
Supporting the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Assisting with the preparation and organization of teaching resources and materials.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the school's values and ethos.Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Previous experience working with children, either through volunteering or paid positions, would be advantageous.What the school can offer:
