Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a lovely company based in Brighton. The Finance Assistant will have proven all round accounting experience, credit control and accounts payable etc. The Accounts Assistant role is office based.

Salary: up to £30K

Location: Office based - Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30-5 or 9-5.30

Finance Assistant duties:

Supporting the Finance Manager
Credit control
Monitoring and processing expenses
Checking and processing of payments
Reconciliations
Processing purchase ledger invoices
Supplier statements
Support with month end and payroll when requiredSkills and experience:

Proven experience working in a similar accounts assistant / finance assistant type role
Excellent IT and excel skills
Good communication skills both verbally and written
