Electrical Site Engineer - BESS

Contract: 6 months
Location: North West England (site-based)
Sector: Battery Energy Storage / Power Infrastructure

Mint Selection is supporting a bttery energy storage project in the North West of England and is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to support site delivery during the construction phase.

Responsibilities

*

Site-based electrical engineering support on a utility-scale BESS project

*

Coordinate electrical installation works including HV/LV, PCS, transformers and cabling

*

Liaise with electrical contractors, OEMs and the client team

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme

*

Support testing, commissioning and handover activities

*

Maintain high standards of H&S and quality on site

Experience Required

*

Previous experience working as an Electrical Site Engineer on BESS, substations or power projects

*

Strong understanding of UK electrical installation standards

*

Experience working on live construction sites

*

Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple contractors
