This contractor is looking for an experienced social housing refurb QS to join a busy team within the Sandwell location.

You will have experience in social housing Projects: Voids, Soil Stack, Roofing Schemes, Replacing Window/Doors, Internal Refurbishment, Masonry, Fire Proofing etc.

Responsibilities

* Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience

* Experience in carrying out site measurements

* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying

* Experience using JCT or Measured Term contract

* Advanced user of MS Office, particularly in Excel /Project

* Full UK Driver's License (no more than 6 points)
