Millison Chase Limited are recruiting HGV C+E Night Drivers for one of the UK's leading logistics providers. This role involves delivering goods to stores, acting as a key holder, and unloading caged and palletised products.

This is a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Drive an articulated HGV C+E on national store delivery routes

*

Make up to three store deliveries per night

*

Unload cages and palletised goods into stores

*

Act as key holder for deliveries

*

Handle split trailers, pallets, and bars safely

*

Work night shifts, typically starting between 20:00-03:00

*

Shifts usually last 12-13 hours, fully compliant with drivers' hours regulations

Pay and Benefits

Temporary Assignment:

Night rate: £16 per hour

*

Holiday pay accrual included

*

Entry into pension scheme after qualifying period

Fully internal payroll — no umbrella or external payroll schemes

Permanent Role:

£41,500 - £42,000 per year

*

Candidate Requirements

*

UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

*

Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Minimum 12 months UK driving experience (insurance requirement)

Experience with cages, pallets, split trailers, or bars is a bonus but not essential
