Anglian Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable local housebuilder to recruit a permanent Site Manager for an exciting new residential development based in Holt, Norfolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a thriving and professional team, managing the day-to-day operations on a high-quality housing site from groundworks through to final handover.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities on a housing development project

*

Ensure project delivery is on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards

*

Supervise site teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

*

Maintain and promote health and safety compliance across the site

*

Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and material handling

*

Conduct regular progress meetings and communicate with head office, clients, and inspectors

*

Provide clear leadership and direction to ensure targets and project milestones are met

*

Ensure all work is carried out in line with building regulations and company standards

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential construction/housebuilding sector

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential

*

CSCS - essential

*

First Aid - essential

*

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and technical drawings

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to drive performance on-site while maintaining a collaborative and professional atmosphere

*

Full UK driving licence

*
