A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager to commence a new role with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating out of 4 main offices across the South West. As a business they deliver Design & Build, New Build, Restoration, and Refurbishment projects, up to £30M.

This role will be based on site in Bristol across the below development:

* £25M - Refurbishment / Conversion - 80,00sq ft Office Block - Addition of 3 new floors - GRC Façade.

My client are looking to appoint a Site Manager that will specifically run the Facade or Internals Package.

Relevant degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.
