? Contracts Manager - HVAC & Facilities

A growing multi-division business specializing in HVAC, plumbing, heating, facilities management, energy solutions, and compliance is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their care home-focused facilities team. With offices in the North West, the company is expanding its operations and looking for a proactive individual to support the director and help streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage contracts across HVAC and facilities projects
• Liaise directly with clients, including major care home providers
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality control across teams
• Support office operations including paperwork, compliance, and reporting
• Assist in team management and operational growth

Requirements:

• Experience in HVAC or related technical fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with both office-based and on-site responsibilities

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £55,000-£60,000
